1. Dialogue & Contract
We have an informal conversation over the phone and agree to a meeting, where we go through the following:
- Dreams & expectations
- Construction budget
- Design consultation
- Agreement & contract
2. Construction Start
Building application
We have collaboratively worked on the project, making adjustments and modifications according to your desires/dreams and the architect’s advice. We are now ready to submit the materials to the municipality in order to obtain a building permit.
3. Choose Materials
We will go through the options available within Hagens-Homes designs and determine your preferences.
